Q: Does this work good to make churros? Easy to use and clean?

Yes, the 7lb 2-in-1 version comes with adapters to make Churros. I have not tried it out yet, but seems built sturdy and the mechanism seems strong. The hopper tips backward to aid in filling/cleanout

Q: Where are the churro parts

the churro parts are plastic and are simply different stuffer nozzles that you attach to the orifice the same way you attach the stuffer tubes- very simple-
