Very prompt delivery, before estimated time.Works brilliantly, dries dogs very fast. Low noise and it looks great.

This product is weak and unfit for the salons. The central bar slips down from the beginning, the pipe falls and the ring that holds it just melts and won’t work, it stops working only after 6 months from buying it and it’s not on daily use. The post-sale service it’s a joke. Just washed their hands and did not help with fixing it or replace it. Definitely they do not return your money and make all excuses to blame on customer. It’s a waste of time and money.

Fab as a starter dryer and when you have limited space to get a blaster and a stand dryer. Almost a year on and still going strong!

Purchased for use in professional god grooming salon (only 10 dogs per week). We had two of these, one to use as stand drier and the other for handheld target drying. At first all was good but after 3 months the heat setting broke on one (no problem as could work around this). Then about a year later both stopped working completely. At £300 I'd expect better performance and longevity so please consider this before buying.

The product I can’t fault but delivery was horrendous I paid next day delivery on the Thursday for it to arrive Monday afternoon

I purchased this in February 2022 it’s a spare in my salon so only gets used once a month.. went to use it last week and the blower won’t work. Contacted the supplier who asked me to check fuses etc all done sent in a video… then asked me to check the carbon brushes which I feel should be looked at by a professional and not myself… the seller is rude and unprofessional I have now asked Amazon to step in avoid
