Great purchase! I've been out on this 10-15 times now and it's so much better than the old school Hydro Slide version. This has a tab in the front of the board that flips up so a single rope handle can be held in place. Once you're moving forward, the board is very easy to balance in order to pop up and strap in. The velcro strap is very easy to loosen and tighten with one hand. I even had a person that has never been on a knee board get up on their first try! There are two retractable fins on the bottom of the board which will allow you to cut back and forth quicker, or you can put them up to do tricks. I would certainly purchase this product again.

Absolute garbage. Not fit for intended use.
The knee strap ripped on first pass (rider was an 80-90 lb 12 yr old boy). I have requested a refund, but now have to go to the trouble of re-boxing and shipping back to seller. You would think a $140 piece of plastic would come with a decent strap. I will update with photo of torn strap when I get home.

Five Stars have to downgrade to 2 stars
Is awesome. Used it for one season and it worked great. Edited 8/5/17: one of the kids wiped out and the board bent and broke across the entire top, right at the front edge of the knee pad and across to each edge. It had been very fun. Now is completely unusable. Thinking about taking the floor off and reconstructing the innerds and top with a stronger material- fiberglass_ and then glueing the kneepads back on top. Am replacing this knee board with a new fiberglass board. I suspect that the design was just not made adequately strong enough, our boat maxes out at only 30mph and kid weighs 150#. Also the stitching on the strap broke. Luckily I have an industrial sewing machine and fixed that.

First time out and the screws holding one of the fins fell out.

Best kneeboard I've ever owned!
A kneeboard that doesn't hurt my knees! Fun to jump and the fins make it turn on a dime. Fun intermediate board but I have newbies get up on it every weekend.

Very poor durability.
Everything went well day one. Day two the padding came off and the rope clip broke off. I am very disappointed in this product. Don’t waste your money.

But the board is great.
Strap is poorly made, it broke on the second trip to the lake. But the board is great.
