OMG. What a difference these blades make. I have a 17 Y/O 42” riding mower (picture) and put these blades on it. It’s like going from a chainsaw to mowing with a Rolls. YES, it is that dramatic. I started the mower after changing the blades and immediately noticed the sound difference. I engaged the belt, mowed a few feet and thought the belt had not engaged the blades. So I disengaged, backed up and noticed that the lawn was perfectly cut. I engaged the blades again and listed carefully to the smooth sound coming from the blades. It was a very soft hum. Like a low whisper. The before and after difference is astonishing. The mulching action with these blades completely disintegrate the grass clipping. Forget bagging or re mowing to get rid of the clipping-pile rows. There are no clippings left! Seriously, these Gator style blades work crazy amazing. They fit my 42” deck perfectly, are extremely quiet, ( Hum rather that a roar) lift the grass almos like a vacuum. I will never use another blade again. A couple of caveats, they suck like you are mowing with a vacuum. A sort of “Flowbee” for the lawn. For that reason. Do not run over any objects, like a garden hose because it will destroy it. The second one is it will suck sand/dirt if you run over some. Yes, I recommend them, will buy them again, and would give them as a gift. Absolutely amazing blades! Great product, price, quality, performance, and function at an extremely low noise level. Get them! lol

Very pleased with these blades. I'd been running the original blade on my mower for years--pulling it off periodically to grind the blade sharp again. That worked ok but at some point the old blade got bent slightly and developed some deep nicks on the sharp edge. I replaced it with one of these and the results were immediately obvious--cleaner, even cut and more efficient blowing of clipped grass into the catcher bag. Even springtime mowing with heavy growth and damp grass works better than it has since the mower was new. Great value! I'd recommend.

Great product! Thicker, wider and definitely better than oem or most aftermarket blades. Will def buy again, if needed. May not, with the quality blades, may never have to replace.

Well-balanced and painted blades. However, they were not sharpened. Fortunately, I was able to use a flap-disk grinding wheel on an angle grinder to get the edge close to sharp, then use a bastard file to finish the final sharpening. Work great cutting thick grass on my Hustler Raptor 54” mower.

Fits the craftsman lt1000 42” mower. Shipping was quick. Once it arrived I installed onto my mower and gave them a test run. I am very pleased and they held up great. Blades were sharp out of the package and looked better than any other blades I’ve seen. Very durable and you won’t be disappointed with the results.

Fits poulin riding mower. Perfect. Cuts my lawn like it just had a new buzz cut at the barbershop. Old blade has seen better days chunks missing out of the metal. 5 stars

Have have had my Husqvarna YTH2246 for a number of years and have replaced the blades once before. After several years of sharpening the latest set, I decided the knicks and balance were too bad and decided to replace them with these. WOW, I was impressed! I expect new blades to be sharp, and these are (after the paint chips off during the first few minutes), and I expect them to be balanced, and these blades did not fail in either of those areas. I could really feel and hear the difference in the ride, no shaking or any indication they were not perfectly balanced. The mulching also appeared to be far better than my previous blade. I have not been able to cut my grass, due to rain, for a couple of weeks, so it was pretty long. Usually, this means the mulcher may bog down a bit or I will get large clumps of grass all over the yard. Not this time, these blades were pure joy to mow with. I still slowed down due to the height of the grass, but these blades did a fantastic job of mulching the this grass and leaving almost no clumps behind, and those the were left behind were small. The cut was really great and my lawn looks better than it has in ages.I cannot recommend these blades enough, they are the best replacement blades I have ever put on my mower, never going back to OEM!
