Well....they work! Bought these for occasional constipation related to medication use. They provide gentle relief usually in 24 hours. Keep in mind these are a softner, not a laxative, so if you're really bound up I'd suggest SennaS ( which is this product with an added laxative, available in this brand as well) and they pack a bigger punch. But for mild constipation, this product works great, no cramps, easy to swallow gel caps, can be taken daily as a preventative measure. Highly recommend

It works. If it doesn’t at first increase by adding one more and drinking a full glass of water, if you don’t your tummy feels uncomfortable for a while afterward.

These work ok. I have to take the top daily dose of 3. I also have to use the MiraLax with it. It is gentle and I don’t get stomach cramps. I won’t buy again though. I need something stronger.
