Take it slow with both the drill and extractor...and don’t forget it works anti clockwise
Tough enough for the job. I had a stainless steel screw which sheared off. The drill was perfect to start the access then the large extractor did the job. Excellent quality.

Snapped on first use
I was trying to remove a rusted screw. It drilled the hole well. I then tried to unscrew it and the bit snapped off in the hole.So one step forward 2 back.I have given it 2 stars because the delivery was good and it drilled the hole easily.Overall disappointing.

Didn't work for me
Followed the instructions and advice 100% but I fail to see how a cone shaped bit with a very shallow spiral tooth is going to shift a stuck screw or bolt. After using the first end of the tool I was left with a smooth depression which gave the other end nothing to bite into. I'd have thought it would have needed some sort of edge or shape to bite into and if a crosshead screwdriver in the original undamaged head can't persuade it to move then what chance has this little wimpy thing got? Maybe I was being too hopeful, but as far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money.
