We used Zojirushi water boiler for years. We decided to get a new one because we don’t want to hold a large pot of hot water all the time. This boiler only boils the amount of water when you need it. It is convenient.I gave 4 stars because it does come with smell and it took a longer time to get rid of it. Now, we enjoy it

I've had Hot Shots for years. I drink instant coffee. It died and they don't make Hot Shots anymore. This hot water maker is so much better. It holds 12 cups of water. You fill it. Has 4 different cup size buttons 6, 8, 12 and 16 ounce. It also has different water temperature buttons. From formula to the hottest for coffee. BEST PART??? STEAMING WATER IN 3 SECONDS. Push size & temperature buttons, starts pouring w steamy water. NO WAITING for your coffee. The spout is tall so if you have a tall to-go travel cup, it can fit under the spout. So much better than a Hot Shot. And it has auto shut-off and auto-lock when it stops so kids can't mess with it. And it lights up so you can see what you're doing. Just make sure your water isn't running low. My favorite kitchen gadget ever!!!

My life is much more convenient because of the Northmas electric kettle's extremely effective rapid heating feature, which allows me to always have hot water. There are five temperature adjustment options to suit various needs. Making coffee in the morning doesn't require you to wait for the water to boil. You don't have to worry about pouring too much or too little water because the four water volume selection options are also extremely thoughtful. The design of the 3L large-capacity water tank is highly useful. It is very easy to clean because the water tank is detachable and it can be used for a long period with just one fill. The color blue is sleek and sophisticated, and it looks quite expensive.

I ordered this as a gift for my husband. It worked ok at first, but after 3 months of using it, the machine stopped heating the water to temperature. We measured it with a thermometer and the water was coming out 30 degrees cooler than what it should be. This is a huge problem if you are using the water for pour over coffee. I reached out to Amazon to request a refund, but it was outside the return window. I was advised to contact the seller, which I did. I'm hopeful the seller will refund my purchase price. I do not want a replacement as when it did work, the heated water had a nasty plastic aftertaste and smell. I had hoped it would dissipate over time, but it didn't work long enough to find out. One star rating because it worked just long enough to be outside the return window.

I’m so glad I found this stylish “hot water dispenser“. I wanted something simple that didn’t need a water filter, I have my own Berkey system for eliminating contaminants in my water. I like the variable volume and temperature settings. It is quiet and fast. I just wish it was half the price for a simple machine. I recommend it if you’d like to treat yourself to something built to be overpriced, and yet stylish enough to sit prominently in your bathroom or kitchen area.

i am neurodivergent and disabled, so while i love tea and mushroom powder drinks, the mundane process of making hot water can sometimes feel like a major hurdle and it will actually prevent me from making what i want maybe 6 out of 10 times. it’s ridiculous but it’s real.knowing that my cup will now always be perfectly full and perfectly warm is a huge relief, and it’s aesthetically pleasing which is a major bonus.it’s very fast, maybe faster than advertised but i’m not timing it. there’s a nice light that shines down on your cup which is awesome too. my partner is thrilled about the new ease of making a cup noodle.
