Best we've used
Bought this as a 2nd set, because I love it so much! I spend ~6 hours a week on the phone, and MUST HAVE freed up hands. I also MUST HAVE a quality headset -- and this Uniden is perfect, high-quality, and highly recommended!Many headsets are bulky, and/or have poor sound or voice quality, but not so with this Uniden set. It fits comfortably & securely on the head, and the movable microphone is such a convenience. Being able to move it out of the way to grap a sip of coffee, or to sneeze, all without being an audible distraction to the person on the other end, is wonderful!The ear piece delivers terrifically clear sound quality. No tin-sound, no reverb, no crackle...just pure, clean words! I bought a set for my dad, as he frustratingly went through 3 different [some rather expensive] headsets, each of which failed in some important aspect or another [clumsy wearability, poor audio, "far away" sounding, poor quality microphone, painful to wear, etc.]. I heard yesterday that these are my dad's favorite! Yay! He's used his Uniden HS910 set for several months [the others never met his standards for that long], and he still loves them. [It's not that he's fussy, it's just that he's on the phone often, needs freed up hands, and needs a good-quality headset. Like we all do!]This one is IT for him, and for me. Best headset, and I hope it keeps getting made & sold!!

These headsets last about 2 years
We bought one 4 years ago, it died 2 years ago and we bought another one. This one died too. Works fine, compatible with our home phone, sound is pretty good, but they just don't last. To be honest though, I'll probably just buy another one anyway.

Horrible piece of carp - Uniden should be ashamed.
Yes, I know it's not a fish, but it's about as useful as one.This headset shipped with my Uniden phone. A year later when the headset died, I thought it was just bad luck and not reading the reviews here (obviously) I re-ordered the same headset. Needless to say, a year and 4 months later (4 months after the warranty has expired), the unit sounds crackly and faint. It got more unbearable by the week, until now it is unusable, a repeat of my first experience.The last reviewer is in the "Honeymoon Phase". Often reviewers post after having a item for a short time. That is problematic for reviews on electronics. The headset does look nice and feels o.k., but the voice quality deteriorates over time even with light, conscientious use, and that should be a deal-breaker.Uniden, you ought to be very ashamed for putting out this piece o' carp.

Good product for the price
I got this headset for my home office and tried others this one is the most comfortable for the price as I did not want to spend a lot on something I would use periodically. It was cracked on the mouthpeice when I got it but the company was incredible to work with for a replacement - the easiest I have ever dealt with before.I am extremely happy with this item and will purchase again if I need another one for another office.

Good Audio - Not great design
As far as the audio quality is concerned, I'm well satisfied with this headset. I use it almost continuously when I'm working in my office. The head band, however, is not very well made. It uses a friction mechanism that does not hold it in position so unless you can use it fully extended it may not work well for you.

It wasn't as good as previous headsets I've purchased
I was surprised that people couldn't hear me well and with my new headset I have to wiggle the wire until it gets just right. I can't hold a phone because of arthritis so it wouldn't do me any good to return it, so I'll have to hope my next one works properly.

Uniden HS910 Headset Review
I bought this as a replacement for the original that came with my Uniden phone (dog ate it). This one works just as well as the original. I have been using it for a month now, working from home and spending half the day on conference calls. No issues with comfort or durability. The construction looks a little flimsy, but nothing has gone wrong with it yet. I just keep it away from my dog now! It's definitely not a high-end headset but it's a great headset for the price and it does the job.

Great for Cell or landline!
I use my cell phone for long phone calls while at home. I needed a comfortable clear headset that was not BlueTooth. This headset works great with my Samsung cell phone (via a 2.5mm Female to 3.5mm Male Headset Adaptor).I have been told the sound is crisp and clear. The headset is lightweight and comfortable and is very good quality.Side note:As I don't care what it looks like, I have even used this in my car. After a $200 cell phone ticket (talking on speaker phone but the phone was IN my hand and my hand was ON the wheel, whatever LAPD :-P)I have used this and with the windows up it does not pick up much back ground noise.This headset will also work with standard land line handsets.
