Only received one key
The quality is pretty good the lock is quite sturdy and is comfy. The only down side is there was only one key.

My boyfriend chose this for me, we share a domxsub relationship and I wear it as "I am claimed" type thing.I wear it all the time and ti matches any outfit. My boyfriend has one key and I have the other. The lock is fantastic and the keys work extremely well and it can be easily opened and closed. The lock is also not heavy at all and fits perfectly around the neck.I would have liked the choker to be a bit tighter, but that is just me and I prefer tight chokers, however, since I purchased it I have gotten extremely used to it and now feel naked without it on!It is an absolutely stunning product and recommend it for fashion or for anyone who wishes to be shown as claimed. I would also suggest keeping your key with you at all times in case you need it to be removed or for any medical problems. I have my own key to use when my boyfriend is not around when he is around he controls when I have it on and when I have it off.

Tiny neck
The only way you can comfortably wear this, is if you’re a child or have a tiny neck, as it didn’t fit around the neck

Poor quality
Made of a cheap fabric, far too small definitely wouldn’t fit a guy, and not at all comfortable.What’s the point of that lock too when it can easily be broken, and can literally be unlocked with a paper clip?

Broke straight of the package
Lock did not work at all and stayed in the unlock position, also key broke shortly after.After looking at other review its fair to say that the lock that it comes with is junk and made out of terrible material. Do not buy. Will be returning to amazon for a refund.
