Haven't used Windows in sometime, so learning curve, and remember what I forgot. Computer is tiny and fast. AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS is fast. Does far more than I need. Set up was quick and easy.

I purchased this computer not intend to return after 10 days used the computer can't turn on I don't know for what reason the computer is dead. Can't contact customer service so I contacted Amazon for replace another one. Then Amazon didn't allow me to replace or exchange for another one so I had to return. I do love the design and the look of this computer. I have Apple mini M1 and M2 that run better than this computer. This computer after 24 hours used the fan kids in made loud noise.

WOW!I'm an IT professional that's only used Dell computers with Intel processors. So... to say that I was extremely skeptical about the Geekom mini-PC’s is a huge understatement.Ultimately, I decided to give Geekom a try and purchased the GEEKOM AX8 Pro Ai Mini PC with the AMD Ryzen R7-8845HS. I can honestly say that I'm completely blown away with the quality and overall performance - WOW!I ran the Benchmark test against my Dell XPS 15 laptop and against this Geekom. The Geekom absolutely & consistently crushed my Dell XPS in every test! So much so that I'm strongly considering buying another Geekom to just flat-out replace my Dell.I’m hoping that you've gathered that I'm off-the-charts impressed with the Geekmon and highly recommend it!I've attached two Passmark benchmark scores. The one that scored 7238 was brand new with nothing else installed and/or running. The one that scored 5856 and had all of my daily applications up and running

It comes with good capacity and performs well, with the plus of windows 11 Pro and a very good cooling (not as noisy at full capacity as I expected, really ok). The only downside was that in the first weeks it had several issues with some updates and had to do a hard restore twice. After that it has performed flawless.I have it installed behind a new acer curved monitor so in many ways it's like an all in one but with lots of possibilities.Why did you pick this product vs others?:It has an AI processor so it's already there for new uses and had the same price and capacity of others that didn't had them. It has enough power, cooling and it seems it's not power hungry as other similar ones.

Worked right out of the box, very straightforward. Shirley from Customer Service was very helpful making sure my warranty information was entered.

This is the fourth change to my review. Had initial issues with the computer and was contacted by customer support. Initially I was very impressed with the fact that they reached out to me, but appears that was just to appease me. Since then, I have NOT heard from them and basically, I am stuck with a poorly working computer.My advice, steer clear from this brand. Not necessarily because the computers are not the best, but because if you need support, you won't get it other than then a standard brush off email "we stand by our products, we are here to help ......." Buy something else.

I purchased my computer back on October right before I left for seven weeks trip overseas. When I returned, I found my computer off. I tried to turn it back on, unplugging and plugging it back on to no effect. I am not sure if it is a defectives power supply or if the computer is completely dead. I contacted customer support, and I am waiting to hear back from them.The Geekom customer service rep was very nice and sent me a new computer right after I sent them back my old one. I would have given them 5 stars if the service was a bit faster.
