I grabbed the MALACASA 8 oz Ramekins for some homemade treats, and they’ve been perfect. The porcelain is solid and looks great, plus the lids are a nice bonus for keeping things fresh. I’ve used them for crème brûlée, but they’re also great for serving up dips, snacks, or even little portions of chili when I'm cooking for the family. They’re a good size—big enough for a decent serving but not too big that it goes to waste. These ramekins clean up easy too, so I’m not spending all day scrubbing. If you're looking for a set of ramekins that works for everything from dessert to appetizers, these are a great pick!

Love these! My son makes Jello in them and then puts the lids on in the fridge. I use them to make crab imperial and single potion quiches. They can go in the oven, the microwave, and the dishwasher. Great quality for a good price. The lids are great!

Versatile and Perfect size when making deserts or portion control. Lid more times than any, doesn’t seal properly. But value is there. Maybe has something to do with the amount of food in the dish that it doesn’t seal right? Microwaves easy with the vented lid. Holds up well to temperature change.

These are magnificent. While I got them for crème brulee, I actually have them in constant rotation for pudding. I wasn't sure about the lids, but they actually make stacking the containers easy to save space. While they are a little thinner than the other ramekins I have had (hand-me-downs from grandparents), they are still quite sturdy and a little nicer because they are more lightweight.
