I bought these for the new curtains we bought for the kitchen. Got rid of the dirty dusty blinds, and wanted curtains. Bought these extension rods so we didn't have to worry about screwing anything in. They rods are very nice. They stay in place and I have had no problems with them falling ect. The tension is great. The rods are the perfect size the what I needs as far as thickness. The rods slide easily to the size you want. I would buy these again. They are a great value for the money. They are thick and function perfectly.

Super easy to install and very true to size. Perfect for the price point and it stays up super well. I’ve put weight on it and it’s very sturdy.

This is definitely a heavy duty rod but it's also not quite as described. It says it's 1 piece but it's 2. It says it has a huge width range, but for our 36"W door we struggled to make it work and ended up having to use the exterior frame and not the interior frame (this could also be user error because my husband promptly threw out the instructions because who needs those?!). And the spring inside is so heavy duty it's virtually impossible to push in. So you end up having the twist it to get the tightest fit. It is very strong though and the animals haven't budged it, running through the portable screen door I have hanging off of it.

Great deal and great product. Very strong used it to make a baby closet!!! All the clothes hang great and haven't had a mishap yet. Very easy to install and looks great. Love that it's not the cheap plastic material they sell in stores.

Do not buy this it’s a POS! One small spring in one end provides no tension! The rods unscrew to fit. Even unscrewed without falling apart it WILL NOT fit 72 inches even tho it clams to. Somehow I bought 3, retuning 2 of them. This is how I had to make one of them fit my window. As you can see how many times I tried to make it fit taking paint off the walls. PS I just went to Walmart where they real long tension rods!! App one piece not 4 or 5 pieces that fall apart if you try to get the length you need. 10$!!!! just put these tension rods up in my classroom windows, and so far, I’m really impressed! They were super easy to install—no tools or damage to the walls—and they’re holding up the curtains nicely. They look clean and simple, and they instantly made the space feel more finished. Hoping they hold up well over time, but first impressions are great!

It’s not what I thought I would receive. I bout the rod in white. It’s very flimsy and bows in the middle when fully extended. I’m assuming because it’s very lightweight. If you buy the longer one they give you a short extender piece that doesn’t stay connected very well. I bought this to put in my dining room window to hang my crystal sun catchers. I have four on the rod right now and more than likely I won’t add anymore simply because I don’t think it’s sturdy enough to hold. I’ve used clear tape to keep the pieces connected. For the price I would advise against purchasing. The smaller version might work but I can’t verify that.
