This is a great under-sink filtration system. The water is clear and tastes great. It comes with two quick-connect 3/8 lines that make it easy to connect and disconnect the unit from the supply and faucet. This means you can just shut off the supply valve, disconnect the whole unit, and change the filters from the counter-top, then easily put the system back under the sink and quickly reconnect. Love it! No need to crawl and crouch under the sink the whole time.The finish is high quality stainless steel, and comes with a black steel filter wrench for changing the filters, which is a nice touch. It looks beautiful and feels "quality", not cheap plastic.Connecting from the water supply was easy. I chose to split my supply so the main faucet remains unfiltered, and only the separate drinking-water faucet is filtered. I added a dual-valve compression fitting to replace the existing single valve, which has nothing to do with this unit but necessary for my setup. Pretty simple. The supply side to the filter was easy to connect using one of the supply lines with the female connector. The other provided supply line has a male end, for which I had to buy an adapter to convert the 3/8 male line to a 1/4 female so I could connect to my faucet.Check your faucet connection... if the faucet itself is 3/8 female, you're all set. If not, you'll need to purchase an adapter to take 3/8 male to whatever you have.This filter system is very fast! It is just as quick to fill as the main faucet, even when going through the mini faucet. It's amazing how efficient it is. I mainly use it to fill a coffee carafe each morning, and it is such a pleasure vs the trickle coming from the fridge water filler that I was using before.

Over 2 years of continuous use at this point with the original filters. I use it for drinking, cooking and rinsing off washed dishes. I live in Mexico and so far I've saved a lot of time, effort and money over buying the bottled water that the local people mostly use. This system probably produces better water than you get in the bottles anyway. I haven't had any health issues from the water and it tastes good also. I just got new filters (not installed yet) even though the flow is still good as new. Installation is simple with standard fittings included.

This unit was super easy to install and dramatically improved the quality of our water. Chlorine smell is gone and the water tastes so much better. Worth the purchase.

PROS: Triple Filtration at an affordable priceAll Stainless Construction.Fairly simple to change out filters, even if it does take elbow grease.Good tasting water.LOTS of pressure.CONS: Stainless Steel inside unit is NOT polished. This makes me wonder if sediments such as calcium can collect on it.Constantly see bubbles in my water. They don't harm anything but I never saw them before with my previousfiltration units.Installation was simple but new parts had to be ordered for connections. Apparently these things aren'tstandardized.

I bought this filter for our RV. Installed it under the kitchen sink as i didnt see a need to filter all the water going to the coach. This unit has successfully removed the need to buy bottled water for every trip and thats awesome. I also bought a Waterdrop faucet (pictured) so i wasnt filtering all the water for the kitchen sink. As it turned out the faucet wasnt the right one and was not compatible with the supplied connections. Also, my RV plumbing is not the same as in most households so the unit didnt come with the correct fittings. I called waterdrop customer support, they went over everything with me and sent out new hoses and all the fittings i needed free of charge. Even though i had a non conventional application they made it happen. The rep had me send pictures and take measurements to ensure i had all the fittings and the new hoses would reach. In about 4 days i received the install kit and everything went together perfectly, no leaks. After 3 weeks of continuous use i have no complaints. The water tastes good. Ive had better tasting bottled water before. Best comparison would be grocery store brand bottled water. it's not Fiji or from the french alps. Overall you can expect great build quality and customer service, easy to find filter replacements, and long filter life (in my application). One thing to note when installing, the unit must be removed to change filters. They come out from underneath. Or install high enough where you have a couple feet below to work with. It does come with quick connect fitting to make removing it easier. I would buy again.

I've now had this item 6 months and ordered a new p1 filter as indicated. In attempting to install the new filter the lines do not disconnect, nor does the included wrench fit properly to allow for taking it apart. I won't be able to do this by myself going forward. Totally wasted money, well over $200 with the new filters. I would have given 2 stars because I did successfully use the system for 6 months and it was easy to install, however, now that I have contacted Waterdrop customer service, I would prefer to give zero stars. Their best resolution is for me to buy a better wrench, or hire someone to change the filters. I can't imagine going thru this every 6 months.

This fits perfectly under my sink and connected to the cold line of my kitchen faucet. It works well and my water taste great. I highly recommend it.
