Urban Ladder Austen Compact Desk (Finish : Two-Tone)

Table legs quality is poor, when I requested for return. They did not accepted as Urban ladder wants table should have package stuff also. I threw it on installed day. How one keep all paper plastic stuff in home. As long as product is same they should accept return. I will never recomand urban ladder any more.

Been using this product for 1 year. This is how it looks today . You be the Judge whether you want to buy the product.Called up Urban Ladder for the support, they denied the warranty for this product. Asked me to get it fixed from HouseJoy or Urbanclap.If your thinking about dual monitor then the depth is extremely low. If you keep a monitor then there will be no space for keyboard. Better think for future and buy 65+cm depth table.

Got damaged piece. Left draw broken. Right draw wedge not at 90° and so it doesn't slide smoothly and falls down one side when pulled out to the max. Multiple cracks in left stand that can't be called hairline cracks as they are much wide. Otherwise the product material is good. I have asked for a replacement. Let me see and update my review after I get replacement.EDIT: Got a new piece without any damage this time. Quality is excellent. Very good finish. Looks like it will last for ages with proper maintenance.

This is a simple, no fuss, sturdy and elegant study table. The wood finish is good and looks elegant. Happy to recommend this.

The table top arrived with one of its corners completely chipped.

Product was ad expected from urban ladder. Fit&finissh is top notch. No squeaks from the desk till date(am using it extensively for the last 3 months). Packing&delivery was a smooth affair.

Received damaged piece ,but still I'm gonna rate it 4 star because its damn beautiful 😘

Love this table. Delivered before the estimated delivery date by Descasa. Overall a very compact and solid study/laptop table. 9/10
