How do I get my lamp to work? I just got my uv lamp nail kit and the lamp does not work. Please help!

Return it to get a replacement. It should work being new.

Can you only do it on your natural nail length or can you make the length as long as you want?

Its just a gel polish so just your natural nail.. unless you put tips on to make your nails longer.. thats an option if you want them longer...
