This is a life saver for bottle fed babies parents. (TBH, this is not amust for your baby since boiling feeding bottles also works fine. This device is for your convenience). But for parents, it's literally a must!! The best part is it has dryer, along with steam sterilization. Note, dryer is very important so that there is no mold growth in the nipples of baby bottles. Also, drying bottles witha cloth or air drying is too much hassle when you have a new born to take care of. I am writing this review after using this machine for 5 months and I've not yet faced any problem. It's does its job very very well.The heating plate stains due to hard water(it gets stained even if we used bisleri water). There are detailed instructions in manual how to descale it. But I only vim liquid and scrub(once every month) and it gets descaled and cleaned. If you are not descaling it, it's heat will decrease and dryer won't work properly.Also, in 1 of the reviews I had read that it doesn't auto shut. However, mine auto shuts properly. But only be careful if there is powercut. If there is powercut it will start again and not from where it left. However, even if that happens there is no melting or anything.

The product is completely useless, every month something or the other stops working. I purchased the product in February and till date the product has stopped working 3 times. Every time its the hot plate which has stopped working. Getting the product replaced as its under warranty is another task. You have to raise a ticket on their website then the product is shipped to Bangalore and returned after 3-4 weeks. Do not recommend anyone to buy this product.

It’s been a truly frustrating experience. The product malfunctioned within just a month, and the customer support has been completely inflexible with their policies. You end up going in circles with the team, only to get nowhere. For instance, if you’ve moved homes by the time they pick up the defective product, they refuse to ship the replacement to your new address. It’s incredibly inconvenient and unreasonable. Also its only via emails or whatsapp texts they function. U cant even speak to anyone over a call. Frustrating and pathetic experience!!!Update: they agreed to ship it to my new place(as a one time exception)

It’s compactHas knobs unlike other brands which makes it more easy to use. takes 10minutes to sterilise. 40minutes to dry.Works silently.Body is steady enough.Once the heating or steaming is complete red light keeps on blinking. Auto cut off works.
