Good product
The product is sturdy and easy to install. Unfortunately I couldn't use it as the plumbing lines were too low and the senior citizen for whom I purchsed this was finding it difficult to bend and use the taps. It would have been ok had the taps were at a optimal height.Modifying the pipes involved a lot of plumbing and civil work and hence I had to return this.However, I reiterate that the product is sturdy and easy to install.

Washing issue after finishing.
Good product, even fits on 18.5inch oval/egg shape cumod also...But if the person is obese/fat will find difficulty in washing, as the inner hole is too small...& putting hand is bit problematic...

One side screw is loose ,low quality
After some months of usage,Its one side screw is loose, unable to tighten, the screw is rotating and now the seat is unstable, quality is the issue.
