The plastic of the jar developed a crack within 3 weeksHad bought the product considering the high rating. But it's only when we brought the product we got to know that the rating is because the productwarranty card comes with the condition of extended warranty only when we rate the product within one week of purchase. No product can be rated justly within one week of purchase hence the rating which is given on website is not justified. All it's customers have rated it with 4 or 5 star rating within a week of purchase.

I got this product delivered today morning,which is early than expected. Thanks for quick delivery.The product works just perfect as expected for now.It is compact, pretty color and nicely working.I tried chopping onion, tomato, ginger. It all worked perfect.Let's see how long it gives the same performance.

Thanks to Amazon.The product is really good if you want a versatile kitchen tool which can do a little bit of everything - chopping, grinding and mix, but it is not meant to be a product that can perfect any of those tasks. For my requirement is was the most suitable because I cook food in a hostel. If you're looking for home don't expect out of the world results. But yes this product can chop decently.Hope this helps.

Low quality not sharp blade, quality of jar is not up to mark and very delicate. It doesn't have anti-skid bottom. Because of that it keeps on moving. Also there is no additional button to operate. It's the top part only to be pressed to operate. I had to return.The package box was absolutely in dilapidated condition. As soon as I open the packet and tried to take out the box, except the packaged box, everything was dropped in the packet. Lucky me, the packet didn't slipped from my hand and the product didn't got damaged.

I have purchased this chopper from a local shop 3 years ago & used it perfectly without any issues for 3 years. but then the motor got damaged so i ordered the same brand chopper 'online' this time. When this chopper came it was working but not effectively. i have used this chopper earlier so i know its full potential.So i think they send defective products online. better to buy from local shop . I returned this chopper and bought new from the market.

Got "joy" today, little worried after see the material quality. I checked online but spares are not available online. Any idea where we can buy extra blade if needed.Although motor seems powerful and handyReview after one month.( Revised star from 3 to 1) Unbreakable container already got a crack middle of it. Used only 4 times during month. I personally advise to buy some quality product while considering Inalsa.

Quality is very good. Durable too.Colour is good.Description is accurate.Delivery was on time.Small scratch on the item but that's ok.Functionality: it does chop the onion to small pieces but the output is not like hand chopping.Onion, tomato maybe cabbage and carrots can be cut. Can't think of other veggies to use in this.It is handy sometimes but sure you can do the same thing with a regular mixie also.Tips: don't use too much at once.

Product is good but blade quality is bit cheap.For chopping onion, ginger and chillies it performs really well.Overall product is good. Worth every penny.
