LG WHD71RB4RP Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier - 7.3L

Product delivered on 1/10/22, technician from 'Aircon services Kota' visited my home same day for installation, he opened the box, he did not find anything other than the main unit inside the box, no user manual, warrantee card or accessory was there in the box, he could not install the unit. The technician visited again on 7/10/22 with an installation kit having a pre-filter and a piece of plastic tube. He made the water connection and switched on the device; it worked fine. I enquired about accessories like drip tray, drain hose, barrier plate etc. mentioned in product user manual (pdf downloaded from LG site), the technician said that these items are not included in installation kit, they should have come with the main unit in the box itself, they are not available separately. Drain hose would be required every time for cleaning the water tank. I have no option but to return a perfectly working product, only because of an unprofessional and careless seller team.

The single star is perhaps for the prompt delivery of the product by Amazon. That apart the product quality is appalling. On the day of installation (by Miracle Services, the registered service agent of LG in Bhubaneswar, Odisha), the service personnel discovered a problem in what they called an electric valve that regulated water flow. They said that it was a minor niggle and that it would only require a wee bit of soldering to get it ready. Soldering was done after 5 days of constant calling and yelling. The service personnel extolled the virtues of having a CMC agreement for an additional year and I coughed up another 4000 bucks for that.A day after that, the machine started to leak water and the water output reduced to a trickle. Like a good customer, I kept my cool and my patience and registered a complaint with the LG Customer Care number. It was attended to by a service personnel after 24 hours and he replaced the so called valve.But the problem refused to go away and we were visited by another service personnel who knew very little about this product. He has suggested that we let him take away the product to service centre for a day so that it can be repaired there.Vexed, frustrated and at my wits end!!! Please, please stay away from this ABOMINATION.Edit: Instead of taking the machine to the service center, the company sent a new machine and took back the old one. The new machine works perfectly and does all that it is supposed to.

Worth paying additional price because we are getting Stainless steel tank, True RO, Free three Services, Free three Sediment Filter.

Worst filter I have just purchased 5 days before form a local dealer modern sales at Chandigarh.... as I purchased I was assured that after disposing off initial water fully from the filter the taste will improve but that actually didn't happened and water was not at all tasty as it is giving a very chemicalised flavour removing all the essential minerals from water as it does not have TDS controller in the filter thus resulting in a very bad taste of water so I will suggest to taste the water at your site than go for it if you feel fit ....which according to me it is not ...

Damaged product delivered.LG customer care is the worst customer care.

I need this filter.where to buy.

Very poor purifier. The water smells of some chemical like chlorine after purification. The chemical is so much that it leaves a foul taste, its better to drink non-purified water. Purification is good I have a TDS tester, but the taste and smell of water is a turn off. I have complained this to LG service center and awaiting their response. As of now it seems it is a complete waste of money. I was a die hard fan of LG products but this is way below standards.
