Don't expect installation person, don't expect demo person.Once you purchase the product, it's you and your alone.All you need to do.If you wait for the demo person to come, they will not turn up atleast for 3-4daysThey will not do installationAlso the spinning has huge noise. It says 7kg, but can take only few cloths. With few cloths, no issues of noise.So, purchase if you see it's economical price and only if you are ok to take up by self all frustrations and self work exhaustion.Other wise the product is working fine.Water consumption is as per general requirementSimple to operate.Don't expect any great features or advantages. Just price is one of only and only ur motivation, then go ahead

This product seems to be good, but the demo was not good, the accessories were not proper. The inlet water pipe doesn't have reasonable length, it was too small. Same with outlet pipe. The rat mesh is totally a mess. The service engineer who came for demo couldn’t fix it. He asked me to raise a complaint. But I couldn’t see any option for raising issue with this wrong accessory. Hence raised service incomplete issue. Also the demo person was seeing this model for the first time. He doesn't know where to load the detergent, how to enable child lock, etc.Amazon pls., send a knowledgeable person for demo.

The product is good...but unhappy with the technician who never showed til date to give the demo. Installation is very bad service you call them not response from them.this gives a bad name to the company...

Extremely Disappointed – Received a Defective Godrej Washing MachineI recently purchased the Godrej 7 Kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (Model: WTEON ALP 70 5.0 FDTN GPGR, Graphite Grey) directly from Amazon Retail, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality and after-sales support.Upon unboxing, I was shocked to find that the main door of the washing machine was stuck using double-sided tape. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Godrej. It clearly indicates poor build quality, possible tampering, and serious safety concerns.Despite reaching out to Amazon Customer Service, the assistance provided has been inadequate and frustrating. I expected a quality product and professional service, but unfortunately, both have failed to meet even basic expectations.I strongly urge both Godrej and Amazon to improve their quality control and customer grievance handling processes. I am now forced to pursue a refund or replacement, and this has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Would not recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointing experience!
