KENT Aura Room Air Purifier 60-Watt with HEPA Technology (White)

The Air purifier has been working really well, there is no noise after a couple of minutes from starting it, also I was very impressed with the Kent costomer care team who contacted me after I purchased the product to register the warranty. the Kent company have showed me they value their customers and that their brand of goods is of the highest quality that in turns gives me the assurance to not only recommend them but to look into other products I may need for the future.

Product was delivered nicely packed. One usually expects that such a brand and product should come with clear installation instruction, but this did not. It did have an installation guide but with that it's not easy to install as filters come packed and with that installation guide you can not differentiate between the front and back of these filters. I hope it does work for what it has been manufactured for and is not just a fan blowing air out of a showpiece. Right now it's just been a week, will add further review after Diwali. Good thing... it's easy to operate. It does come with an on/off button for ioniser.Update:It's been almost a month, since I have been using this air purifier. If we go by the indicators, I'm breathing in fresh air. On max speed mode, it makes lot of sound.Little difficult to sleep with Air purifier on during winter time as it's more like as if you have a fan switched on. So you need a good quilt to save yourself from chills coming out of purifier.Easy to clean the top filter (pre filter) but can't say same for other filters. I used vacuum cleaner.

Very well packaged and product is effective. Makes a lot of sense to buy online as it's comparatively 2k cheaper. Imperative Solution to common air quality problem and good for household use. Consider these air purifier as common daily use products for modern living, as I live in Gurgaon and due to constant construction/pollution it help get a good sleep at night. Within 2 months of purchasing the product I started hearing a humming noise when the main power source is switched ON (but the machine is still in OFF state) . The humming noise level increased day-by-day and its worst when you switch ON the machine. I had raised a complaint with Kent, the service engineer visited and seemed clueless and left stating his manager will call. After a day I got a SMS from Kent that the case is closed. When I called the local service agency who checked the machine, they kept promising to call back and provide an update, but did not. I have now registered another call with Kent (Case number: 180212-05202) and the same service agency has been assigned to check the machine again. This is one BIG JOKE! very disappointing to see Kent's service levels drop so bad! While i have had very good responses from the water purifier division, clearly their Air purifier division needs some serious fixing!

I bought Kent Aura Air Purifier in November 2016. After 1.5 months of usage i found the performance satisfactory. I use it from 10PM to 7AM everyday. In gurgaon it brings down the PM2.5 level from 400+ to below 50 with 30 min constant operation at moderate fan speed. It can achieve the same with high fan speed in around 20 mins. Pl note that the windows and door of the room should be closed while operating the air purifier. i have monitored the performance of this device using a scientific air quality measurement device.Upside: Child-lock, three fan speeds to use as per requirement, satisfactory filtration of PM2.5 particlesDownside: The color indicator for indicating the quality of air in the room is either non functional or dysfunctional. When i start the device it always start with color Pink (moderate air quality) and within 3 mins it turns Blue (excellent air quality). I checked it using an air quality measurement device which showed that air quality was still bad/hazardous while the device was showing Blue indicator. I guess there is some timer in here not the actual air quality indicator.I can not comment on the life of filters as yet (there are 3 filters...1. pre-filter, 2. active carbon filter, 3. HEPA). it would require may be one more review after some time.

Its simple in installation, smooth in design and perfect for 270sft room. Refreshes the atmosphere around. I can notice the light blue colour smoke in my home getting faded away as the light indicator on the machine turned from RED - PINK - BLUE. Ensure proper ventilation. Delivery was prompt.

Value for money, silent operation, in conjunction with AC purifies room and circulates cool air effectively and silently, thank you buy.guru buyguru
