I loved its packing. The capsules are of normal capsule size and we can see through inside it as it is a transparent capsule as you can see in the pic. I expected it to be more of a powder sort of but it is little thick like fine dots or granules. Packaging wise, I found it to be a perfect hygienic capsule.Now coming to most important thing i.e. the after-effects of this capsule. Well! As I already said that I was very apprehensive about taking any supplement nutrition capsules as these generally upset my stomach but thank God, this product had no such issues with me. Curcumin is said to have super antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties so I am very happy to use this product. It is also said that it reduces stress and depression. I have been taking it for some days and I can say that it a body friendly product that has reduced my stress levels and it is friendly to my stomach as well. Though its price is little on a higher side but it is worth buying this product.One capsule has decent dose of 500 Curcumin so it will not create any side effects to your body. A must buy

3 Stars because i ordered two bottles and the capsule ingredients look different. One bottle has granules in capsule (like it should be) and in the other bottle the capsules have powder. Both bottles have the same manufacturing date and batch number.Why is there a difference like this? Please explain!(See attached pictures)

I take Curcumin every day and the results are good. My wife used to have cramps in her legs for the last 30 years and no doctor could solve it. One month of Curcumin and cramps are gone. I buy two bottles every month. One for me and I feel quite energy after taking daily dose.

i was't expecting this capsules to help my neck pain and knee pain. most of the reviews of this product are positive ,but every once body is different.i didn't think it would work for me ,but i am happy to say it has,it really has.after one week i started to feel the pinching on my left hip subside.with in a days the pain was 90% gone.i still get occasional twinges in my neck and hip but because of this capsule i need no pain killers and i am in no discomfort on my daily routine actually i cant believe it but this product has really helped me

i see that there are granules in capsule and not powder of cucumin. generally it is in powder form. this is reorder and last time what i recvd was powder. why tgere is variatiin?
