Excellent battery, delivers at rated capacity.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent quality, delivers full rated capacity, and the app functions well. I can run my 1400 watt 48v trolling motors for almost 90 minutes at full power on a charge, more than enough for a full day of fishing.

Power your way through and smile
I purchased this 240Ah unit for my plumbing trucks solar power plant.Previously I was using 2 100Ah AGM batteries which were never up to the task. Less than 3 years ago I decided that after 40 years in the plumbing trade, I deserved to have the truck full of tools that I could use anywhere anytime and without hundreds of feet of power cords, generators and other hassles so I switched to cordless tools and solar power for charging batteries, lighting up the truck and jobsite and eventually getting rid of my ice chest replaced by a refrigerator and even a microwave oven. Unfortunately, lead acid batteries simply couldn’t handle the job. The Power Queen battery eventually dropped in price to less than I paid for the other two and now it’s 1920 watts continuous max output is nearly double what I needed to run what I need without sacrificing lifespan of my other equipment, even my electric pipe threader runs on the sun now and I have yet to draw the new battery below 12.8 volts under a load. I have even powered my 19’ travel trailer on a 5 day camping trip without using shore power. 200 watt 20 amp solar, 20 amp DC to DC charger and 5amp AC to DC lithium trickel charger. Automatic transfer switches for shore power and switching between a 1000watt and a 2000watt inverter as needed. I have a 25 kw system powering my home, shop, pool and hot tub and when I’m ready to upgrade I will be looking to PowerQueen for more storage.

Power Queen representatives very helpful.
Battery and charger shipped from separate warehouses, charger came directly to me but the battery traveled across the country and back before coming to me. During its travels I questioned Power Queen. As it was a shippers mistake there wasn't much Power Queen could do, but their representatives kept track of it and kept me informed, assuring me of its arrival. I'm very impressed with The Power Queen folks and their concern for my satisfaction. I've only had the battery and charger a couple of days but both work fine, having arrived in good condition.

Battery is good, but make sure the model you purchase will be available in the future.
Update:After ordering the initial battery to build a battery box to hold a full battery bank. The battery became unavailable with an unknown production date available leaving me with a battery bank box, and access doors that can only hold the initial battery, and no way to actually build out the full battery bank. With like aged batteriesPower Queen did offer to allow me to return the initial battery, but this does not solve the problem of the battery compartment, and the access door cutouts. So, I elected to just keep the single battery and be under powered, until I can find a battery of similar dimensions to buy a full set of batteries to fit the compartment built around this specific battery.Particularly if you are putting in external access doors into some kind of mobile unit, like vans, campers, or RV's buy all the batteries at once and make suet they are going to continue to be available, because you want to make sure that the battery those access and boxes are built will not have to be rebuilt.Power Queen did now clarify, they have bought the materials to do another run of these batteries, but do not know when they will be made, and said they are not on the current production schedule yet per their communications on the issue. They offered to have a single battery produced out of schedule and delivered in approximately a month. If you are like me only wanting to use Lifepo4 Batteries that are in steel housings, please check out the manufacturer and ensure that those batteries are going to be available into the foreseeable future. Particularly if you are building a battery bank for series or parallel where you have several batteries in the compartment.I feel as if I was sold some kind of close out model of battery without notices now, since it is not on the production schedule as they put it. But at least they were willing to try and have a single one built if i was able to wait for it to strive.Because of this, I am revising them back to 4 stars because this really was my fault for not confirming first about future availability. They did make an effort to get me a second battery made and sent out, but not the full bank of batteries,(Original)First the good, This Power Queen battery arrived very quickly, and the seller kept me informed of the shipping progress along the way even.It arrived very well packaged with no battery damage, and a little over 2/3 charged for safety in shipping.I fully charged the battery without any issue, and then tested the batteries capacity using a RV 12v air conditioner that draws approximately 30 amps while using an amp meter to measure actual usage. The battery does seem to have the full 240 ah available, because the one I received is actually a little over 240ah in actual testing. I can't speak to all of them, but I would suspect since the one I received has a little overrated capacity that all would have at least the rated capacity, unlike some other brands.I have never dealt with Power Queen products before, but I must say I am impressed with this companies' customer service and have confidence they would stand behind their 5-year warranty. As stated earlier they kept in contact with shipping update, the battery arrived safely, and is of quality build and actually has over the rated capacity, but more importantly Power Queen reached out by phone after I received the battery to make sure it arrived safely, and make sure there were no problems with the battery (which there was not) and remind of the 5 year warranty incase anything arises in the future. You don't see customer service like this much anymore, I was really impressed by the unsolicited outreach to make sure everything was fine with the battery. As a result, I have no doubt they will stand by their warranty and the fact the battery is of good quality and has an actual capacity over the rated specs I have no doubt this battery company will last into the future. As for the battery not only does it seem to have power above it's rated capacity, but it is very well built, the battery has a steel casing and dual terminal studs allowing for the load to be divided over two separate leads. Those battery terminals come with the bolts already installed so they are not lost in shipping and the terminals also have a plastic snap on cover to help protect the terminals when in use or in storage. It comes with a quick start guide, as well as an actual owner's manual that not only covers the battery installations, charging specs, BMS specs, and over all battery care. It also covers the actual Charge curve for the resting battery so you can determine battery charge level by its resting voltage. (Note lifepo4 batteries have to be checked ate resting voltage, not in use, or when charging they must have not received charge or discharge for over a half hour to get their resting voltage.)The owner's manual also covers some troubleshooting in case there is ever a problem,It also provides contact information in case there is ever a problem, or you need warranty service on your battery.I was torn on Lifepo4 battery brands because it is an expensive outlay if you do not get the quality you need, or the battery does not have the rated capacity which seems to happen with a lot of brands.Ultimately, I decided on the Power Queen although it was slightly smaller than the other that I had narrowed my choices down to.

Bluetooth doesn’t work, not at rated capacity.
I am very disappointed that the BlueTooth does not work despite loading the app on 3 different devices. The capacity is not as rated either. I will now have to go through the return process which I am not looking forward to on this 51.2V 30 Ah battery. Will try a different brand.

They sent the wrong battery but sent me the right one very quickly. Looks like good quality. I'll be able to review more once I get to use it. Thanks
