Strike one it was supposed to been received yesterday. What is the point of paying extra for prime and deliveries is late ! strike two receive an email from the seller saying they hope I enjoy their product once it’s receive if I have any issues with it not cutting on or not working to give reach out to them it stays in an email people have had issues with. It’s not cutting on or not heating up found that weird then strike three just received it two minutes ago. I suffer from severe dry eyes so my eye doctor recommended me this I have plugged it in. It will not even cut on. It’s crazy how people are so quick to sell things, but you sell the items that Don don’t even work. I want my money back today. Do not buy from this place anymore guys. They’re a scam. As also bad enough, you can’t even submit this without reading it. He doesn’t even deserve one star Amazon need to change that if the item is not good and people make their reviews u should be able to submit ur reviews without leaving a star ⭐️ they needs to change

I love it so far. So relaxing

Mask works great. Very comfortable and it plugs in outside the mask. My last mask broke internally because the cord detached inside it. I didn’t have the patience to open up the mask and fix it. The only downside to this mask is it still smells faintly of lavender. It’s supposed to be scent free. For those people who are very sensitive to smells, this may not be the mask for you. I believe it absorbed some of the lavender smell from having being placed too closely to the other scented masks in the shipping box.

I have to say these are the best eye masks ever! I have dry eyes and therefore I have bought several eye masks and I mean several. These stay on at night the heat for an hour and then you can turn it back on. They don’t get tangled up With you at night. I just ordered a second one just in case something happens to this one. Lol sure beats microwaving.

Used couple times works very well. Gets warm quick and Gets hot, have to use on medium most times. Nice built in timer.
