This item's packaging is terrible. When I received it, some of the oil seeped out. Only the top was covered. An item's packaging as such should have had a sustainable cover over the lid and the pump on the side. Also, when you pump it the oil squints out. The oil itself is not potent. I've been trying to contact the company, but it's been difficult. I don't approve of this product.
