Why did you pick this product vs others?:Not what I expected

These baroque freshwater pearls are so pretty with their unique wavy texture and lovely iridescence. They are mainly white but reflect subtle pastel colors in the light. The pearls are genuine freshwater pearls; they are fairly flat and rectangle shaped but of course there are plenty of variations because these are made by nature. Each pearl has a hole drilled for stringing, and they come on a string for easy handling. They come in a neat little plastic snap-shut case which like thee beads arriving on a string is very convenient. Each pearl is a little less than an inch long, but of course as mentioned before, there is variation since they are naturally created. The listing specifies that you are getting 21 pearls, but I received 17. However, the string I received is 15 inches long, so the seller did meet the length requirement so I'm not complaining. I haven't quite decided what I will make with these, but am leaning towards adding a tiny gold spacer bead between each one and making these into a necklace, or I may make two bracelets are share one with a friend.Overall, these are just lovely. I love their organic texture, shapes and iridescence. They're nicely sized and pre-drilled, but best of all they are gorgeous.

I was only able to make a few match. Some of the holes were off center, some had cracking on the exterior, and they smell. Cute storage box though instead of a bag.
