Fix the problem
Just installed it on my mb 2006 E350, and it fixed the problem. Now all the system work properly. For mb w211, it is located underneath the steering wheel.

AC is blowing cold air again.
My AC is kicking out the cold air now that the temperature is being regulated properly. This was the right part at the right price.
