reliable for small wounds
These closure strips are excellent to have in a first aid kit. They’re easy to use, individually wrapped, and hold well. I’ve used them on minor cuts and they helped keep the skin together without irritation. Definitely a great alternative to stitches for shallow wounds.

It works!
I was shocked how perfectly this worked! I had a skin tag right in the crease of my underarm. My husband applied the band for me since it was in a tricky location. It didn’t hurt or feel uncomfortable at first, but it did start to sting a little by day 2 and was a tad uncomfortable until it fell off on day 5. I think if it hadn’t been in my chubby underarm in the heat of summer it probably wouldn’t have been uncomfortable at all. I’m really happy with the results.

These butterfly closures cost a fortune for a tiny box in retail shops, when you can even find them. I needed a LOT due to a very large surgical incision that I wanted to make sure stayed closed during the first weeks of recovery. Excellent for small deep-ish cuts
Should have purchased these a long time ago. I live with my dad and he is very accident prone. Recently, he sliced his finger in electric grass cutting shears. IMO he should have gotten stitches but he refused to let me take him to the ER. I used three of these butterfly bandages and it actually healed up very nicely. We replaced the butterflies every 3 days or so for about 2 weeks. We also wrapped his finger in a regular bandage to keep any dirt out. The outer bandage was changed everyday. They are very adhesive, when used properly, and didn't come off even when we took off the outer bandage. Definitely recommend. Glad I got a 100 pack. Will probably need more at some point!

Doesn’t still well
Didn’t stick very well. I was using them on my palm so I’m sure that didn’t help. May hold better in a less washed/used area
