Received it yesterday & tried it today. Handles were shaky and one screw has already fallen off. No access to the fallen screw. Not possible to tighten the screw. Chapati results are not to my expectation. Thick in the centre & thin around. I think the lower tawa should be flat & not concave. I dont need a replacemacement. I need a refund.

It's so easy to use and makes perfect rotis. My mom uses it every day now. Cleaning is also easy. Price is good, it has a compact design. Roti thickness is as we make it on tawa. It make tasty chilla and dosa as wel ll. It's really helpful!

This product is really a time and effort saver 🙂. Makes soft Chapati and takes less time then doing manual. It really value for money

The media could not be loaded. Lengthy review... but please go through it. Writing the review after 2 months of use. The Roti maker works fine b when the dough is kneaded properly and follow up with the instructions.The only issue with the product is the handle. It gets unscrewed frequently. Had purchased it in April. Since than had to fix it 4-5 times by removing the front panel.2 star - as my problem raised with the Company did not give any pragmatic solution. No call came from their end. My advice would be any issues with the handle/ the product.. please approach the Company immediately... or else you will be stuck with a defective roti maker like me even when it's been in use for not more than 3 months.
