Do different colors/styles increase the "difficulty"? My dog needs something the will separate the food the most.

I have 3 dogs of various breeds, 2 of whom are speed-eaters. The orange bowl - my favorite- slows them down the most, every time (we switch up). Using a standard bowl by comparison, My Australian shepherd’s chow time went from 40 seconds to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. But the 3 different colors (orange, purple, teal) do not stack well. Had I known I’d have gotten 3 orange both for decreasing their tempo & for lugging around on the road. I assume they’d nest then?I drop them every time while stacking three diff colors. Had these a year or two & they’re holding up well.

I have a Boston Terrier. Does this feeder work for brachycephalic breeds (pushed in snout)?

I have two bostons, 12 lb and 25lb. I bought the small green and the orange. The smaller one can get all the food out of the green, but the 25 pounder has trouble with the orange, he just keeps flipping it over and making a mess, so I would t recommend the orange one. I'm going to buy another type that is not so deep and give this one away.

I have 2 large dogs and use elevated feeders. Can I get these that will fit in 3 qt. bowls?

I actually put it on top of a rubbermaid tote that's about 13" tall, just over a foot and my husky has no problems eating it elevated like that. I doubt they will fit inside a bowl unless you get a really wide one. These are about as big around as a small pizza or a good sized pie.

How many cups of food does this bowl hold?

It can hold four standard measuring cups of my dog's kibble, but that fills it right up. Three fit perfectly, with lots of room for play.
