Read and follow directions and you will make better than store bought products. Breakfast sausage is mainly made from pork because it cost less. I make my breakfast with ground beef and it has great flavor, tender and juicy and less fat. I do use pork too and combo beef & pork, lamb, goat turkey, what ever you want to grind. Great product.

I ground up 5 pounds of pork shoulder roast, mixed in the correct amount of this seasoning and made 80 gram breakfast patties. Absolutely perfect results. This is the best breakfast sausage all in one seasong pack on the market IMHO. Perfect spice blend and good value for your money.

I seasoned my ground deer n made deer sausage. Was great tasting. Was just the right amount of all seasoning for this. Will be ordering more when needed.
