İ usually hate protein bars but i loved the taste of this one. 20 gms of protein at less than 300 kcal is fabulous. The carbs are a a bit high but not from sugar rather from the puffed rice. Great find.

Really a superb premium quality product full with nature ingredients like lactoferrin , Protein. There is No Suger content and no artificial preservatives or colour is used. Taste is good , no excessive sweetness is there and therefore it's good for health.Only cons of this product is little bit expensive. First of all, the name is so attractive, i thought it really is whey. But the taste- it's too sweet plus it has 5.5gms of added sugar and 4-5gms of total sugar. No point making such a protein bar. My entire box is a waste. Please do not buy this.
