Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a great product. Installation is easy and it saves more space than a tanked water heater. Just be aware this unit is not for a large project. Perfect size for a shop or an addition to your house. Just don't expect it flow enough water for a washer and 2 showers at the same time.

Absolutely recommend this tankless water heater! I purchased the WINTEMP 18kW 240V model for my house, and so far it has exceeded expectations. The water heats up instantly, and the LED temperature display is super convenient no more guessing! It’s very compact and saves a lot of space compared to traditional bulky heaters. I love that it’s self-regulating, so the temperature stays stable, even with multiple showers running. The WiFi control feature is a bonus adjusting the settings from my phone is easy. If you want endless hot water with great energy efficiency, this is a solid choice.

The media could not be loaded. Pros Installs decent enough. Lightweight. The setup for the WiFi is a breeze.Cons says supports up to 6.5 gpm but that is simply not true. At around 5.5 (2 showers) I get 109° max. Additionally, sometimes there are wild swings in temperature without doing anything like turning faucets on and off. See the video, set at 125 but it doesn’t even get that low before it’s reaching 150+. I’ve seen it get to 165 and error out. I’d recommend if you plan on having 2 showers get the 35k. But otherwise I’m satisfiedAdded a star, after a few months I’m satisfied with how quickly it works.

Best upgrade I’ve made. Works great and is super hot. You will need to add a 40 amp circuit but well worth it.

I really wanted to install this unit but when I added up all the circuits I was over budget and had to install a lower amperage unit.Wintemp Customer Service was very responsive and solved my late return problem very quickly.Excellent Service. I will go back to them in the future.

I was quoted an unbelievable amount by a large well known company to replace my 30gal water heater that wouldn't give me any more hot water for any longer period of time than what I currently had. For less than a fraction of the price I was able to upgrade my system and now we are enjoying endless hot water and because it's not sitting in a tank of stale water, we're getting fresher cleaner water through our pipes.The support team at Wntemp are very timely and a courteous in their responses. It's been almost a month and we are very happy with the results.

Quit working after 7 months 😞

I upgraded my Ecosmart tankless to this one and I am VERY happy. I love this tankless so much that I recommended it to my brother. We installed it in his house also and he has 3 full bath rooms. Non of us have any complaints.
