As far as effectiveness goes, it's incredible and does the job! But be warned! The moment you open the bag, your entire house can't escape the haunting smell of wet socks and moldy cheese. My daughter thought I was throwing up all over the house when she came home and smelled it. It is POTENT! I wish I had known beforehand that Valerian Root smells so bad! I have elected to take Valerian Root supplements now when I make my bedtime tea😅

I suggest you do your own research and decide if a regular infusion of roasted root is appropriate for your health.This product is made Organically in Ukraine, far more preferable than producers in other eastern European countries with a smaller agricultural footprint (and perhaps less quality control regarding use of pesticides and other agra chemicals).My first attempt was two heaping tablespoons in 1 L of hot water heated in an electric glass kettle with a removable infuser. Once the water temperature reached 190°F, I let the mixture steep for 20 minutes, covered. The color was a light brown. My next attempt will be to continue simmering (covered) on low flame for 30 minutes and hopefully get a stronger brew (darker color, more benefits) similar to the water with which you steam fresh dandelions.This is a very high-quality product. Anyone who complains about its Smell (raw or brewed) is probably not used to herbal infusions whose taste is less mainstream than mass produced herbal teas. I found the brewed taste of this roasted dandelion to be Very drinkable, not bitter at all, and did not require adding honey or other sweeteners. I will be ordering this again soon.

Made this for the first time and the taste and color are on point. It was easy to make. I was expecting it to have some slip when drinking, but it seems more the texture of regular tea. I’ll see if steeping it for 24hrs makes a difference.

This product was recommended for blood circulation and I have been faithfully using it for about two weeks now. I “think” it’s working, but will need more time to assess. Vitamins are difficult to see improvements right away. Will continue concocting it along with a green tea bag for taste as it has little taste. When the bag is completely used, I will definitely have a better idea. Old age is not fun, but there ARE special helps like this one. Thank you.

I mixed these with Republic of Tea Rose Bud loose leaf and it’s delicious, warming, and calming. Love it!
