beautiful book starting with early starships .some that you never saw on screen and some you only barely saw including the ss botany bay khans ship- -- the phoenix some of the ships that only made a fleeting ,appearance like the starships that came to Archers aid when the Enterprise was attacked by Duras. ss valiant I assume this was the same valiant from the star trek os . and of course the enterprise is there. very good book I hope to get the others

Stunning book, let's be honest, whatever you feel about Star Trek, the ship designs are one of the best ones in all of tv, film or literature. Just astounding the looks of them, and this book goes in depth with gorgeous pictures. Recommended, I will be buying book 2 in November.
