UPDATE: Turns out you can't just get the adapter by itself through normal channels, so don't lose it. I did come up with one, though, and my suspicions were confirmed. You do have to use the dongle instead of Bluetooth if you want the full functionality. It is a notably improved experience, but it will tie up a USB port. You can use Bluetooth, but it doesn't sound as good and the surround doesn't work. I'll leave it as four stars.They're "fine". However, I've yet to get them to show up in the G Hub software. I suspect that you have to pair it using that Lightning adapter instead of just Bluetooth, but I haven't found any documentation to this effect. Regardless, mine didn't come with the adapter and I'm not even sure I have available USB ports.They're a significant upgrade over the Arctis 9X that I was using. (Stay away from those, they're actual garbage.) Battery life is very good. Sound quality is mid, but I haven't been able to get to an EQ yet to make any adjustments. They're a little heavy, but not enough to be uncomfortable. They adjust and fit pretty well also.I'd recommend these if you want to try to deal with the G Hub issues. I'll try to remember to update this once I order the adapter for it, since mine was missing.

DO NOT BUY used them for a year, and within the same year went through 3 pairs of the same headphones. 1st pair lasted 6 months, left side audio just stops working and i cant hear anything at all! called Logitech support and they were really nice and had replaced the headset for me. Those headphones only lasted 3 months with the same issue. No audio in the left side of the headset. Called Logitech support again and they were generous enough to send me a new pair! guess how long that lasted! 1 week! the same issue again! no audio in the left aide of the headphones. I'm addicted to comp shooters like hunt showdown, tarkov, rust, conan exiles so sound is everything to me and i've used multiple wireless and wired headphones. These headphones by far are the WORSE longevity wise. I barely write reviews, i rather play video games than type an essay about a product BUT other people NEED to KNOW about these headphones before they buy them!
