AVG PC TuneUp 2019, 1 User 1 Year [Key Card]

Good price, but this was a pain in the rear from the moment I bought it. AVG does not honor the code USING THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM AMAZON. Go to https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=What-to-do-when-my-license-number-is-not-working&retUrl=support_PcTuneUp and click the link to install the program. During installation it will ask for your key (which you have to type, can't just copy/paste).

I was unable to use my purchased product due to failure of the software. I have a current copy I wanted to leave on the system and after a couple of hours and trying to get it to work I gave up. Their tech support wanted to charge me $70.00 or more to access my computer to "fix" my computer to allow the software to work. All they seem to want to do is sell you tech services I do not need. I removed the out dated expired AVG and installed a product called Webroot which I am glad I did. The computer runs faster and I eliminated AVG for the whole computer and other computers on the network. AVG caused registry problems that took a little time to fix. I am glad I got ride of their software.

you have to download the try and install but then tells you not compatible with 64b windows 10...... then i called there support after talking to someone, she put me hold 3x had me looking for software that doesn't exist, i then said Email me the program, they said ok, but then they sent me the 32b. wasted 90 min of my time....ugh im done, program is going back to Amazon!

DO NOT buy this product, it is impossible to register and use, and it also causes glitches and problems with programs! They lead you to buy other more expensive programs!

Apparently if you have an AVG account, unlike the last time I purchased AVG, I couldn't download this from my software library and apparently Amazon which sells it doesn't have online technical support for any software ect., I did however go to my AVG account (go to AVG/registration) & enter your order number Amazon gives you, then download it from their website, any problems you can chat online to an AVG Technician and they will get you up any running!!!!! I would suggest you uninstall older versions first, though it may not be necessary. (Especially if you don't know what your doing)

A real pain in the butt to install if you have a previous version already on your system. Does not remove older versions of itself.

its ok deal , hard to get the sales # registered , had to go onto avg chat support to get the program to work right and they had to give another registry # to use to get it activated.

I uninstalled it because it made my computer very very slow. When you buy something from amazon and it does not work, amazon should give you your money back. Someone at amazon should change this policy because I want my money back.
