Worth the extra money!
Much more comprehensive than the other ten quid cheese kit I bought. Proper cotton cheese cloth included and all the ingredients necessary for the cheese recipes included. Nice starter kit

Wouldn’t recommend.
There wasn’t any satchels of culture in the box, so the Christmas present was spoilt. The company did get them posted, couple weeks later. Tried the cottage cheese recipe and total disaster. Had to throw all the milk away. Lost interest in trying again. Wouldn’t recommend.
