I have had several neck pillows over many years, beginning with a blow-up "flocked" pillow I bought at an "Autogrill" on an Italian Autostrada, long before we could buy these in the US. I had ordered a new pillow from Amazon about nine months ago and while I reviewed it favorably because I thought it would work well, it was almost useless when I actually needed it on a trans-Atlantic flight recently (it is obviously for someone much taller and bigger, as it turned out, so I gave it to my seat companion who was thrilled!) So thinking I was in need of a new pillow, I ordered this one. While I haven't had to use it overnight yet, I can tell immediately that it will be comfortable. The one negative is that the snap that holds it in place is not adjustable. So if you have a really thick neck, or if this is for a really really small person, it might not work. I'm also not sure it would work for someone really big (I'm 5'3".) I can tell it will work for me. It holds my head in place, both sideways and front and back.The pillow fits easily into a very compact bag that won't be a hassle to carry through the airport. Remember that these can be very useful for a long car ride, as a passenger, as well. I was about to go back to my ten year old pillow, but this will be the one I take on the next flight or long drive with a driver. It's black, as is the case. The fabric is soft. The value is great.

This is nice, fits firm but comfortable. It’s not mushy at all so keep that in mind.

This works well and is pretty comfortable. Probably would be fine for kids, but holding an adult head, it starts compressing pretty quickly. I only used it for about five minutes before I started feeling a noticeable difference in the angle of my head compared to when I started because my head was compressing the pillow so fast. Once compressed, it doesn't seem to go back to normal.This is definitely NOT memory foam, by the way. It's not the kind of material that compresses and then expands once there is no more pressure on it. It has some small amount of elasticity to the foam, but once it compresses beyond a certain point, it won't expand to full again.

Figured it would be too thin and not supportive enough but was surprised how well it was made and how thick the padding was. My daughter loves it for long car rides!

I like this travel pillow. I especially like the snap that keeps it on your neck or luggage when travelling. It is soft and cool, and comfortable. Good price for a nicely made travel pillow.

This is a really nice, soft travel pillow. It has a snap in the front so it can be attached to luggage. It has a nice soft material on the outside which feels nice on my neck. It stays in place while dozing on the plane, and definitely makes airline travel more comfortable. It does come in a small drawstring bag that it can squish down into, though once I took it out of that I haven't tried to put it back in.

Short Review: This neck pillow is adorable. It comes in a neat little bag for easy storage. It's simple to put into and take out of the bag. I love that it can be buttoned up to stay in place while you sleep. It's perfect for long airplanes or Greyhound rides.
