I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it really works, i've noticed it has suppressed my appetite a lot and I feel generally more energised throughout the day. I have been taking 1 pill first thing in the morning and that seems to be working well for me, it keeps my metabolism up all day allowing me to burn off what I eat more efficiently.

Good! Ive been taking these for a week and I've noticed the difference in my appetite already. I take 2 with water in the morning. Snack much less and a nice gentle energy boost.
