My doctor recommended these vitamins years ago when I used to get sick all the time from traveling for work. I would always catch a cold or the flu. I think my immune system would get week from being tired, eating not as healthy as I normally would, having alcohol during work dinners….? All I know is that I would get sick “all the time”. Anyway my doctor recommended these and I never got sick again (used to take them daily)It’s been years now and although I don’t take them daily anymore whenever I feel like I’m ‘coming down with something, like a cold, I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and within 24hrs my symptoms are gone.Two years ago I was in Portugal with a group for a moth and everyone got sick with a cold, except for me. When I realized everyone was getting it I went home took 2 pills and then 1 each morning and afternoon for the next 2 days (3 days total); never got it…Just my experience but I think they great to boost your immune system…

My 79 year old mom takes one every day for maintenance and if she feels like she’s coming down with a cold, she will take as directed and symptoms go away quickly and after maybe a day or two feels great. She’s actually healthier than the rest of us and I think it’s these supplements that are helping her.

I was recommended this vitamin by a dentist who had to do a bone graft in my jaw 7 years ago. I've bought it every fall since then and will keep buying long as they keep making it and the quality stays the same. OUTSTANDING benefits!

I don't know if it has helped or not but I do know I have not been sick and it's been 6 months or so. The pills are hot (spicy) but I don't mind. Sometimes I like to suck on them before swallowing to enjoy the hot spice.

Although this product is packed with great immune-enhancing ingredients, please be aware that it contains a powerful punch of cayenne and garlic. If you have any sensitivity to these ingredients, you may end up with serious heartburn or worse. Please use caution. You can smell the spices when you open the bottle, and you will feel the effects - even if you eat with food. Very disappointed that these ingredients are included and overpower the other ingredients in the supplement.
