I love onions, but I don't eat them fast Enough, and they go bad. So I resorted to eating minced onions, added to food and it works fantastic.

These are fantastic for nearly any use in the kitchen. They don't make dips watery like fresh onions can and make food prep quicker and easier. They store well in the freezer until it's time to refill the container I keep in the kitchen.

This is a HUGE container of hydrated onion flakes. It will last me forever! I love it.

Wonderful taste, perfect rehydration. If you use pickle juice, they taste like McDonald's burger onions. As long as the price doesn't go up, I'll continue buying these. Very pleased with the flavor they add to everything they're in.
