Best dual monitor setup I've ever had
For years, I'd been working on 23" 1080P monitors at home because I almost never work from home. Then, I was converted to 100% remote and needed to duplicate what I had at the office. After a bunch of research, I decided this would be a reasonable replacement. I was wrong, these are way better than the 32" monitors I had at the office and about $500 cheaper. The image is clear, the edges are narrow enough that I hardly notice them and the height adjustment has enough travel that I didn't need risers.I have exactly one complaint, the control buttons blend in to the back of the monitor well enough that they can be a bit hard to find. If you're like me, that's only going to be a problem for about 15-30 minutes. This monitor checked all the boxes I cared about.

Junk
Pros: Picture quality is amazing. Very easy to set up. Look great and you can hide the wires very easily.Cons: (Short Version): HP offered me deal on a different monitor after asking for a 2nd replacement and suggested to try a different model.Cons: The first one arrived with a line of dead pixels from top to bottom. I contacted HP the day it arrived in the mail and they said they would send me a refurbished one. $800 for a refurbished monitor? No thank you. So after a few weeks with no resolution I called them to tell them I would be returning it since it has not yet been 30 days. They obviously did not want me to return it and after an hour on the phone we agreed that I would be receiving a NEW one at no charge if I send the other one back once I receive it. A week later the "new" one showed up in a much different box than the first, the box simply said "HP monitor" while the original had many details about the product listed on the outside. Off to a bad start. I take it out of the box and the screen is covered in scratches and falling out of the housing. I called HP the next day and finally was able to get a hold of a "supervisor" and they offered to sell me a different model for the price that I paid for the original. I told them I didn't want a different one since this one looks very nice and the picture quality is amazing and that I simply just wanted a NEW one like they had promised in the first place. Now I am stuck with 2 defective monitor on my desk... but hey at least I got a BOGO deal :)

Good for your eyes :)
The Z32 is a worthy successor to the Z30i (5 years in our office and going strong) and ZR30w (10 years in our office and going strong). Full selection of ports (except TB3, but DP 1.4 alt mode over USB-C is the same thing in the monitor world, so no stars lost). Delta E may not be at the level of a $4,000 ProArt or Eizo, but close enough for most content work. OSD is much improved, and I have come to prefer the power and OSD buttons location behind the right bezel. I still prefer 16:10 aspect ratio, but that ship has sailed.

Overall great display
The display has excellent brightness and uniformity when hdr is disabled. Even though this isn’t intended for photography I find is had really good color accuracy once adjusted and hdr disabled. I miss having an adjustable height like my previous display. I had to get a monitor stand :(. I’m working with customer support to try to resolve an issue where brightness dims within a couple minutes when using hdr. Support is taking a long time to respond.

Perform a dead pixel test on day one
Unfortunately this display arrived with a dead all-black pixel in a prominent area of the screen and I had to return it.

Amazing!
I rarely write reviews, I'am what you can call a geek and hardware junkie always buying latest and newest top of the line stuff. Wanted a new monitor for my office desk, choose this one for the combination of price/looks and specs. 99% of my time I do regular office tasks. Just want to say got this monitor today and it AMAZING! Totally recommended. Only small thing does not have built in speakers.
