This drying rack meets our needs.

Most of this rack is pretty good-light, big enough for lots of clothes.Downside is the mesh "layer". It's not really possible to use the mesh part unless the rack is empty. It just sags down. Should be an easy design fix.Also the ratchet mechanism needed to be opened up once to untangle.On the whole, pretty happy with it, consider it a good purchase for the price and it has held up under regular use for the last 6 months.

Missing the 8 rollers to hang to the ceiling and all the screws.

It's a good size and a space saver. I'm no longer dodging the dryer rack, since this rolls up and out of the way. It's easy enough to put together and install. My only gripe is the crank is really loud.

I was really excited for this product! Unfortunately, I received the wrong size, and thinking it was just a shipping error, I ordered another of the smaller size. Unfortunately, when I got the second one, it was still the larger size. Returning both of them.

The product works, it hangs clothes and it takes the weight advertised. Action on the winder is light and holds well.Where it all falls apart is the finish quality.The ends of the aluminium tubes are rough and uneven in places. The plastic press fitting in the middle struggled to go into the tube due to material left over from the cutting process on both sets.They came shipped well wrapped in bubblewrap, but all the pieces inside the same plastic bag, causing them to rub and scratch the paint.The plastic fittings look very cheap and have shavings and dints from the fitting process.The pulleys are reasonably standard nylon, Cerratex branded, quite cheap but seem capable of taking the weight.The winder box is poorly formed and the holes don't line up at all out of the box, when aligned to install with the screw it created large gaps and some sharp edges/corners again. The included countersunk screws don't mate well with the flat metal. I'll replace them with a flat top screw for a smoother finish.Overall the product does not live up to the price tag, let down largely by a lack of care in finishing and very cheap plastics. I'd expect this kind of finish on a sub $100 product, not something that was over $300 (AUD). At the end of the day, they work, I've installed them and won't be seeking a refund, but I'm disappointed. I've learned my lesson that I should just build things myself if I want the quality I expect from products in this price range.
