Q: Why I don’t really smell it and I have it on max?

Sometimes you go “nose blind” when you have scents continuously. Take a 24 hour break or try a different scent then go back to the one you want.

Q: Why does this “fresh scent” sometimes smell like rotten milk? I don’t even own milk or any similar products?

I have not noticed this? Maybe contact manufacturer..sounds like you got a bad batch?
