It's a good wine - but for me it lacks "body"
I added about 100 gr. of sugar and let ferment one more day. It's a good wine - but for me it lacks "body" ... it's light and fruity, but it has a "tang" I am not super fond of... however, many of my guests prefer it, compared to my past batches. So I know this is just my personal taste.

Fermentation this didn't happen contacted seller who gave advice which we tried but we had to get rid of it as it may of have contamination which we didn't wanthink to take a chance.

Not nice and Undrinkable
Make a lot of wine but this one was awful . Undrinkable and smells funny . We may of just had a bad one but will not buy again .
