Q: How much petrol do they need for medium lawm?

The tank on a lawnmower is really quite small and you wouldn't need to refill for a medium sized lawn. Never thought to measure the fuel or even if there is an official measurement for lawnmower economy. CDPG or CDPL - cut distance per gallon or litre. But then you would need factor in the length of grass you are cutting as shorter grass uses less fuel one would expect? They would need to standardise the grass length and perhaps even the type of grass, terrane, whether the mower is self propelled or not. It's a minefield. No, It's a lawnmower. I've got one, it does the job, and I can't remember the last time I filled up the petrol can at the filling station.

Q: I'm finding it impossible to tighten the screws that attach the handle. Anyone else had this problem?

There’s a square on the bolt and a matching square hole on the handle, once you locate the square on the bolt with the hole on the handle that will stop the bolt from turning and will tighten up

Q: Is this engine powerful enough. Most around this price point have a 120cc engine where this one states 90?

First job was 18" wet grass and it went through this like a hot knife through butter and even managed to collect the cuttings. Didn't stall once.

You have a good point here. Not easy. Depends what you want. There are a few parts on Amazon. Probably the bits that tend to break. Beyond that nothing really.
