Spoiled dates with sharp stinging taste (zala) – not edibleI received dates that are dry, not fresh, and have a strange sharp/stinging taste (known as zala in Hindi). This is usually a sign of poor storage, spoilage, or fermentation. You can even see in the picture that they look slightly discolored and not juicy at all. I expected good quality, but these are not even safe to eat. Totally disappointed. Please check your product quality.
