I don't think that I could ask for more out of a mobility scooter.First, the tools to put it together were included, They didn't assume we had metric tools. So wrenches and allen keys were provided. Also included was a front and back basket and a cupholder. Nice not to buy those little extras.The instructions were easy to follow but not really necessary for someone who knew what he was doing. Took less than an hour with all the little adjustments we made and him showing me where stuff was located.Gotta charge overnight, then I'm heading out. I think it's a great little scooter.

Was advertised as 'all terrain '. Took it to a fair, got stuck in light sand and mulch. Comfortable in regular terrain.Good for sidewalks & pavement

Scooter doesn't have any tail lights,mirrors were broken. This scooter is so slow,I had to assemble it,which for someone who is disabled this was extremely hard.Theres no way this is an all terrain scooter the wheels are the same size as a 3 wheeler. I send it back but what a Hassel
