Tiny tiny tub! I really hope it works, but what you get doesn’t match the price.

This is a good looking cooking vessel and is so convenient in so many ways. From fish fingers, roast potatoes to roast meats. Would not be without mine. I have had several of these cookers and the only drawback is when the element goes very difficult to fit replacement and I have usually replaced whole unit would be better if a replacement top could be bought separately. Such good value for the cost though.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!Never in my life have I had to deal with such rude people and they should not be in the business!I only purchased this particular one as it states 2 year warranty DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!! They do not give you a 2 year warranty! Which I found out! I also went with this one as the postive feedback seemed so good... Wish I had read the negative feedback too! Lesson definetly learned though lolAnyway we had a few problems with the oven not working properly from the start, the food was taking ages to cook and was cooking one side more than the other. As there was a 2 year warranty I tried to perserver with it. Sadly it only got worse!I contacted the seller!They stated I had a booklet telling me about the warranty information and that it had to be returned within 30 days for refund... I had no booklet come in the box! They insinuated I was lying... If I had known then I would have told them within the first 30 days!! I would not have kept it just past 30 days then contacted them if I had information on the warranty policy of 30 days! Baring in mind the title of the item states 2 years warranty... This is to mislead the buyer!! Well done 👏🏼Anyway return request was accepted for it to be returned at MY cost for repair and then it would be sent back to me. I did not want it back, I wanted a refund!! Faulty item and they make the buyer pay to return it to them... Disgusting!Anyway a lot of unhappy messages were exchanged about the warranty which I had to give up on as they are rude and argumentative! I did not agree with the fact I should be paying yo return an item they sent to me faulty! Amazon offered to help with this which I told the seller but they then offered to send someone out to my house to fix it as their company isn't far from me! I thought that was very reasonable of them but how wrong was I!!!The oven was now making a loud noise which did not seem safe and the seller advised me not to use it until they had fixed it!We made an agreement on them coming out to fix it and the seller said they would let me know if it was suitable to do so during lockdown and that they would get back to me. Time passed and nothing!I left it a while during lockdown and gave it time before getting in touch again.They did not stick to their offer and every attempt of me getting in touch they kept saying they would get back to me but never did! This all started in Aug and it is now Dec!A lot of lies were told by the seller sayin that I kept vanishing etc, when I was the one contacting them and they said they would get back to me! They never once got back to me!They were argumentative and condescending and I received some very rude messages from them... Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional!I had a look at their negative feedback and it seems I am not the first customer they have treated in this manner!The postive feedback is no doubt down to buyers who have never owned a halogen oven before and just assume that is how they perform but I guarantee you, as much as these are cheap, they are not even worth that money! They are also meant to last a long time and these clearly don't! My first JML one lasted years and years and it cooked the food evenly and quickly 👌🏼Anyway rather than have to deal with this apaulling company anymore I have decided to dispose of the faulty, rubbish item and will never buy from this seller again!P. S if you're looking for a good, reliable halogen oven definetly go for a jml or a different brand as this one is not even worth the cheap price it is at!The whole point of these ovens is to cook food faster... This does not do that! It will break down on you and the seller will not care in the slightest!
